Personal data protection
Trust and transparency: these are the Atelier Scämmit values expressed through our customer review management policy.
Collection of reviews
Atelier Scämmit gives customers the opportunity to write a review on the product(s) they have purchased, and only those products.
To thank customers who leave a review, Atelier Scämmit gives them a 10% discount on their next purchase, whether the review is good or bad.
Review posting and moderation
Reviews are posted in their entirety and chronologically from most recent to oldest based on the date the review is submitted.
Because reviews can offer valuable insight when making a purchase, we want them to be real, non-subjective and specific.
This is why reviews are not moderated, in order to ensure the greatest possible transparency. For the same reasons, reviews cannot be modified.
All reviews are posted, whether positive or negative, as long as they have not been eliminated (see conditions below). Reviews are published as-is without any selection process.
Once published, the review will appear indefinitely on the page of the product in question.
If the review meets any of the following criteria, it will be deemed inacceptable and rejected:
- Contains profanity or any other inappropriate or injurious language
- Personal data
- Reporting illegal behavior
- Constitutes a claim and not a review
- Rating is inconsistent with the comment
- Spam / Marketing / URL
- Content is irrelevant or under the wrong heading
- Content is confused and unintelligible
- Content is potentially defamatory
- Content contains security risks
- Information on prices / price comparison
- Author has never tested the product
In this case, an email is sent to the author explaining the reasons their review is not being published. If they wish to revise it, it will be moderated and published if it meets the conditions laid out above. If it again violates our guidelines, it will be deleted without the author being informed.
