What are ATELIER SCÄMMIT sewing patterns intended for?
Our patterns are intended for INDIVIDUAL, PERSONAL, and PRIVATE use only.
You may sew the designs for yourself or for your close circle, but without any commercial purpose.
In particular, it is therefore prohibited to:
- transfer the purchased product to a third party, whether in digital or paper format,
- use it for commercial purposes without prior written authorization (see below).

Am I allowed to resell my ATELIER SCÄMMIT patterns second-hand?
Within a strictly private context, the resale of paper patterns only is tolerated.
However, the resale of PDF patterns is strictly prohibited, in any form whatsoever (printed or digital files).

Am I allowed to use ATELIER SCÄMMIT patterns to teach sewing classes?
The use of our patterns is permitted in sewing workshops, provided that EACH STUDENT owns their own pattern (paper or PDF purchased beforehand).
It is therefore prohibited to provide copies of the pattern or circulate it among students.
However, the teacher may benefit from a discount when placing a group order. For details, please contact us via the contact form.

Am I allowed to sell garments made from ATELIER SCÄMMIT sewing patterns?
Yes, the sale of garments sewn from our patterns is allowed provided that:
- production remains artisanal and small-scale (maximum 15–20 pieces per year),
- production is not subcontracted,
- the Atelier Scämmit brand name is clearly mentioned with each sale,
- prior written authorization has been obtained before any sale. To do so, please contact us via the contact form with a complete presentation of your project.
The use of our patterns for larger-scale production is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
